VITOS ITALIAN RESTAURANT

In March 2007 work was completed to create a new Italian restaurant in Ayr's Burns Statue Square.

The project saw a complete redevelopment of the layout of the building in order to create a memorable venue in the centre of Ayr. The downstairs had previously been home to a cafe however the existing layout was not making the most of the potential of the building.

Our Clients objective was to create a sleek and modern Italian restaurant; the transformation can be seen in the pictures below. To utilise the space the existing ground floor area was connected to the new restaurant via a feature staircase creating an attractive mezzanine floor. The striking staircase is complemented by dark wood furniture and unique, ambient lighting, creating a contemporary yet inviting atmosphere.
