 LUXURY CITADEL DEVELOPMENT
Laurel Homes, the Private Housing division of McTaggart Construction Limited have announced the commencement of their luxury Citadel Development adjacent to Ayr Harbour. The first phase of this prestigious £5 million project will provide six duplex penthouses and eighteen two-bedroom flats with a second phase of sixteen townhouses immediately following on thereafter.
Pre-contract site organisational activities started on 11th August and these upmarket properties will be completed in just over 12 months time.
