MGP has had a succesful history of housing and healthcare proposals and were delighted to be commisioned to design a retail development. This site known as the Jagwar (not Jaguar) Garage in Coylton lay vacant for many years.The brief was to maximise the sales area and to provide a varied selection of retail units with flexibility of alteration. There is also provision in the height for storage above the sales floor. The roof is formed with full length metal sheets that look like red mendip tiles. |
